1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Assetsware's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Additionally, when using Assetsware's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

You also understand and agree that the service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Assetsware to provide the service.

• Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Service
• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
• Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party

6. Modifications to Service

Assetsware reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Assetsware shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Termination

You agree that Assetsware may, in its sole discretion, terminate your password, account (or any part thereof), or use of the Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Assetsware believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Assetsware shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Assetsware has been advised of the possibility of such damages).

9. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that all content and materials present on the Assetsware platform, including but not limited to software, databases, graphics, text, and other content, are the intellectual property of Assetsware or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

This Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Malaysia for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

11. Changes to Terms

Assetsware reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
